About the OLRH
The Online Learning Resource Hub (OLRH) is a digital platform developed by the Schools Division Office of Candon City to provide teachers and learners with easy access to quality instructional materials. It serves as a centralized repository of both locally developed learning resources and those provided by the DepEd Central Office to support teaching, enhance learning, and promote continuous access to education anytime, anywhere.
Who We Are
Guided by DepEd’s mission to provide quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education, the OLRH is an initiative of the Schools Division Office of Candon City. The hub was developed through a collaborative effort of the Learning Resource Management Section (LRMS) under the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), in partnership with the ICT Unit. This project reflects the Division’s strong commitment to harnessing technology to support teaching and learning in the 21st century.
Our Purpose
The OLRH was created to:
Provide teachers with a platform to share and access instructional materials.
Support learners with supplementary resources that strengthen classroom instruction.
Ensure equitable access to quality, relevant, and localized learning content.
Promote the responsible and innovative use of technology in education.
We believe that education should be accessible, engaging, and future-ready—and the OLRH is one step toward making that vision a reality.
